Job Description:

Develop long and shorter-term plans to meet aggressive revenue goals.

Minimum 4 meetings per day with CXO  /Head  IT level interaction to position Micronova’s Internet Leased Line services and solution.

Ability to develop the business as per assigned sales target completely independently and leverage a broad portfolio of services and solutions.

Strong verbal and written communications skills, including presentation skills.


3-10 yrs  industry experience

Skills required:

Corporate Sales, Account Management, Solution selling, Negotiation skills, etc.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate -any specialization.

As per the industry standard

Support overall business development activities to achieve assigned sales targets to expand the client base.

Have a strong network of contacts that executives will use to develop new business opportunities and to establish business relationships with top companies.

Be experienced in all stages of the sales process from lead generation to conversion.

Responsibilities :

Be enthusiastic in acquiring new clients.

Develop product expertise and generate innovative ideas for increasing revenue.

Work towards generating leads through calls and field visits

Provide management with weekly/daily updates and perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Understanding our target market and customer personas, their needs, and requirements.
